Normal Cancellation Policy:
If the guest cancel their reservation before 7 Days of Check-In, they will receive 80% of the amount paid, refunded back.
If the guest cancel their reservation between 7 to 2 Days of Check-in, they will receive 50% of the amount paid, refunded back.
If the guest cancel their reservation within 2 Days (48 Hours) of Check-in, there will be no refund. But, the guest will have an option of putting their reservation on-hold and postpone or prepone their booking to any other dates that are available to be reserved. There will be no extra charge to prepone or postpone the reservation (Other than December to February).
Once the booking is put on-hold, preponed or postponed, no cancellation request will be allowed or refund will be issued against the request.
December to February: In these month, some homestays increase their tariff. If the guest want to postpone or prepone their on-hold reservation to any dates in these Months, extra charges may be applicable.
Refund Policy:
All refunds against cancellation will be credited within 7 workings days to the account of the guest, with which they made the payment.
