If the guest cancels their reservation within 7 days of check-in, they will receive a refund of 80% of the money paid. Upon cancellation between 7 and 2 days before check-in, they will receive a refund of 50% of the money paid. No refund will be provided if cancelled upon two (2) days of check-in date. However, the guest will be allowed to put their reservation on hold and postpone or prepone their booking to any other available dates.
There will be no additional charge to pre-empt or postpone the reservation (save from December to February). Once a booking has been placed on hold, preponed, or postponed, no cancellation requests or refunds will be permitted. From December to February, some homestays double their prices. Extra costs may apply if the guest wishes to postpone or prepone their on-hold reservation to any dates during these Months.
Payment should be completed before check-in. Bookings will only be confirmed with a full payment for the entire stay. All payments must be made through Google Pay. All refunds against cancellation will be credited within 7 workings days to the account of the guest, with which they have made the payment.
Check in time is 12 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m. On arriving at the Site, guests must produce acceptable photo identification as well as address proof (Driving Licence, Passport, Election Card, Pan Card, etc.). Please take care of your personal stuff as Shivalaya shall not be held accountable if they are misplaced.
